Ingredients

 Water3 Quart
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Lasagna noodles8 (Uncooked)
 Canned condensed cream of celery soup1 Can (10 oz)
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked ham slice1 , cut in strips (1/4 Inch Thick)
 Asparagus spears1 Can (10 oz)
 Shredded cheddar cheese1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

Bring water to a rapid boil in a heavy 6 quart pot or Dutch oven.
Add salt and oil.
Gradually add lasagne noodles, being sure water continues to boil.
Cook noodles uncovered until tender but firm, stirring occasionally.
Drain.
Rinse with cold water.
Drain again; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, blend soup and milk over medium heat.
Keep warm.
Cut lasagne noodles in half crosswise.
Place 2 halves together, overlapping edges to form a square.
Divide ham strips and asparagus.
Place on center of each lasagne square.
Carefully roll squares around ham and asparagus.
Pour half of hot soup mixture into an 11" x 7" baking dish.
Place lasagne rolls in baking dish, seam-side down.
Pour remaining soup mixture over rolls.
Place in cold oven.
Set temperature control at 400°F (205°C).
Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Variation Substitute cooked and drained broccoli for asparagus and Cheddar cheese soup for celery soup.
