Asparagus Fold-Overs Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread slices | 20 | |
| Hollandaise sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Canned asparagus | 20 |
Directions
Remove crusts from bread slices.
Roll slices flat; spread with hollandaise sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese; fold each slice over asparagus spear.
Secure with toothpick.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 400 de- grees for 12 minutes.
