1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French dressing
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped pitniento
2 tablespoons pickle relish
18 stalks asparagus, cooked
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Salad greens
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, cider vinegar, pars ley, chives, pimiento and pickle relish.
Mix well and let stand in refrigerator for at least one hour for flavors to blend.
Arrange on individual salad plates 3 stalks of asparagus and slices of egg on salad greens.
Cover with sauce.
