Asparagus Wreath Recipe
Ingredients
| Asparagus | 1 pound, steamed | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 6 thin slices pepperoni, finely chopped | ||
| Seasoned bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pimiento strips for garnish | ||
Directions
Arrange asparagus spears in glass ring mold or make wreath of spears on warm, round serving platter.
Melt butter and lemon juice in small saucepan over medium heat; pour over asparagus.
Combine chopped pepperoni and bread crumbs in small bowl; sprinkle over asparagus.
Garnish, if desired.
Serve immediately.
