Asparagus with Yogurt Dill Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1 teaspoon minced dill | ||
| Yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 lbs. fresh asparagus or 2 10-ounce packages frozen asparagus, steamed | ||
Directions
Mix all sauce ingredients together and allow to stand at least an hour before serving.
Serve over steamed asparagus.
