Asparagus with Sesame Ginger Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Rice vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Peanut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tahini paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Red pepper flakes- a pinch | ||
| Asparagus spears- 48 medium no's, trimmed, peeled, cut into 2 inch diagonal pieces and cooked | ||
| Spenda Granular sweetener- 1 tablespoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In an electric bleander, combine all the ingredients (apart from asparagus) and blend well. Keep aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine prepared sauce and warm asparagus. Toss gently.
SERVING
3. Serve immediately.
