Asparagus With Oregano And Cider Vinaigrette Recipe

| Asparagus stalks | 18 , cooked | |
| 1 clove garlic, minced very fine | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 2 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Lay asparagus in shallow glass pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus.
Cover tightly with foil and put in refrigerator to marinate 2 to 3 hours.
Baste occasionally.
Lift out of oil mixture and use to garnish salad as directed.
