Asparagus Salad Chinois Recipe
Ingredients
| Asparagus | 1 Pound | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tamari soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tsp Asian sesame oil | ||
| Rice vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Trim ends of asparagus and slice each stalk diagonally into 3-inch (7.5-cm) pieces. Steam until tender (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Toss with asparagus. Chill before serving.
