Asparagus And Ham Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb canned asparagus tips | ||
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips | |
| Dry red wine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Dried rosemary | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
| Pineapple rings | 4 , canned | |
Directions
Drain and slice the mushrooms.
Peel and slice the bananas.
Drain and chop the asparagus tips.
Mix together the bananas, asparagus, ham and mushrooms.
Stir the wine, vinegar, salts, peppers and rosemary together.
Lightly whip the cream, fold in the mayonnaise and the red wine mixture.
Mix this sauce with the asparagus salad.
Arrange the lettuce leaves and pineapple rings on a serving plate and spoon on the asparagus salad.
