 1 lb canned asparagus tips
 Cooked ham1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips
 Dry red wine6 Tablespoon
 Wine vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1 Pinch
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1 Pinch
 Dried rosemary1 Teaspoon
 Whipping cream1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lettuce leaves
 Pineapple rings4 , canned

Directions

Drain and slice the mushrooms.
Peel and slice the bananas.
Drain and chop the asparagus tips.
Mix together the bananas, asparagus, ham and mushrooms.
Stir the wine, vinegar, salts, peppers and rosemary together.
Lightly whip the cream, fold in the mayonnaise and the red wine mixture.
Mix this sauce with the asparagus salad.
Arrange the lettuce leaves and pineapple rings on a serving plate and spoon on the asparagus salad.
