Asparagus Rolls Recipe
Asparagus Rolls has a great taste. The Rolls lovers should not miss Asparagus Rolls. The cheese topping greatly enhances the taste of Asparagus Rolls.
Ingredients
12 whole wheat bread slices, crusts removed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
12 asparagus tips, cooked
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
4 tsp parsley, chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
With a rolling pin, flatten each bread slice.
Spread with cream cheese.
Place an asparagus tip at one end of each slice.
Roll.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix Parmesan and parsley.
Set aside.
Lightly brush each asparagus roll with beaten egg.
Roll in Parmesan and parsley mixture.
Cut into 3 rounds.
Transfer rolls to a non stick baking sheet.
Cook in oven 7-8 minutes.
Let stand to cool 15 minutes.
