Asparagus Polonaise Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds asparagus
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons soft bread crumbs
1 hard-cooked egg. chopped
1 tablespoon minced parsley
Directions
Prepare and boil or steam asparagus spears or slices
In a small pan, meltbutter over medium heat.
Add bread crumbs and cook until lightly browned.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped egg and parsley.
Spoon over hot, drained asparagus.
