Ingredients

 Asparagus1 Bunch (100gm)
 Canola oil1 Teaspoon
 1 medium red, yellow or orange bell pepper, cut in 3/4-inch pieces
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Orange juice1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
 Ground ginger1 /2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1 Break off the tough ends of the asparagus. Wash and cut the asparagus into 1 inch pieces.
2 In a 10-inch nonstick skillet or wok,heat oil over medium heat.Add asparagus,bell pepper and garlic,stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until crisp tender.
3 In a small bowl,mix orange juice,soy sauce and ginger,stir into asparagus mixture.
4 Stir and cook for 15-30 seconds until vegetables are well coated.

SERVING
5 Serve as a side dish.
