Ingredients

 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Green pepper1 , chopped
 Asparagus spears - 2 packets of 10-ounce each, frozen
 Pimiento2 Teaspoon, finley diced
 Tarragon leaves1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Parsley2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large skillet, pour water and turn on the flame.
2) To the skillet add onion, green pepper and allow the water to come to a rapid boil.
3) Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
4) Cover the skillet and let cook over low flame for about 5 minutes.
5) Add in the asparagus spears into the skillet and let cook another 15 minutes.

SERVING
6) Garnish the dish with pimientos, tarragon and parsley leaves.
7) Serve alongside any main dish.
