Asparagus Maltaise Recipe

Directions
Warm egg substitute by placing carton in 1 inch of warm water for 5 to 10 minutes or in microwave oven on low for 1 to 2 minutes.
Steam asparagus until tender-crisp.
Place warm egg substitute in blender and process on How until smooth.
Slowly add hot melted margarine, continuing to blend on low speed.
Add juices, rinds and hot pepper sauce.
Pour sauce over hot asparagus, garnish with lime slices and serve immediately.
