Asparagus In Lemon Butter Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound asparagus, remove tough stems
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions
Cut asparagus in pieces about 1 1/2 inches long.
Simmer asparagus in water, enough to cover, for about 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain.
In saucepan combine all ingredients.
Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
