Asparagus Glazed With Sorrel Recipe
Ingredients
24 asparagus spears, cooked
1 tbsp (15 ml) commercial sorrel puree
1/3 Cup (80 ml) hollandaise sauce
Directions
– Place asparagus spears on 4 plates.
– Mix together sorrel puree and hollandaise sauce in a small bowl. Pour sauce over bottom ends of the asparagus, leaving top visible.
