| Ground beef | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1/2 , chopped | |
| Ginger | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Chillies | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| 6 asparagus spears - cut diagonally into thin bite size pieces | ||
| 2 Tbsps Mack bean sauce | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 Tbsps water or sherry | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Take asparagus spears to cut diagonally into thin bite sized pieces.
MAKING
2) Use a fry pan to heat up oil.
3) Add ground meat and cook for some time until it gets browned.
4) Add onion, ginger, garlic and chillies, to the meat and cook for another 5 minutes.
5) Lay the asparagus and add black bean sauce, salt and water, to fry pan. Stir properly to cook all ingredients over high heat for another 2 minutes.
SERVING
6) Serve immediately by garnishing the asparagus with finely chopped onions.
