Asian Sesame Salad Dressing Recipe Video
This slightly sweet dressing has great flavor for a serving of meaty mushrooms.
Ingredients
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp mirin
* 1 tsp garlic, minced
* 1 tsp ginger
* 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
* pepper to taste
Directions
Take all ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together.
Add pepper and mix.
Taste the dressing with a piece of mushroom slice.
Add rest of the mushroom to the dressing. Toss them together to make sure every piece of cabbage gets coated.
Salad is ready to serve.
