Asian Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, peeled 2
1 1 inch/2.5 cm piece fresh ginger root, peeled 1
14 cup hoisin sauce 50 mL
2 tbsp 2 tbsp 6 1/4 CUP soy sauce lemon juice large boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or 12 small ones) chopped fresh cilantro or parsley 25 mL 25 mL 6 50 mL
Directions
In food processor or blender, puree garlic, ginger, hoisin, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Coat chicken with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours in refrigerator.
Arrange chicken in single layer on non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 400°F/200°C oven for 15 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
