Asian Chicken Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground Chicken
1 T lemon juice
1 clove garlic, fninced
2 green onions finely chopped
2 t low sodium soy sauce
1/2 t ginger
1 egg white
4 sesame seeded hamburger buns nonfat cooking spray
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and egg white.
Shape into 4 patties.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the patties for7-8 minutes, or according to your preference.
Serve on the sesame seed buns and pass condiments such as lowfat peanut butter, hoisin sauce and bean sprouts.
