Asian Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Cabbage | 1 Small, thinly sliced | |
| 2 tablespoons kosher or sea salt | ||
| Chives | 1 Bunch (100gm), finely chopped | |
| Mint | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cilantro | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Basil | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Champagne vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Toss cabbage with salt and let stand until wilted, about 30 minutes.
Rinse cabbage and squeeze dry.
Put in a medium bowl and toss with chives, mint, cilantro, basil, and vinegar.
