Ingredients

 Frozen wild salmon4
 Soy sauce1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Grated ginger1 Teaspoon
 Savvy powder2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Small, sliced
 Green bell pepper1 , sliced thin
 Zucchini1 Medium, sliced thin
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced thin
 Water chestnuts3 Ounce
 Garlic powder1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Non-stick cooking spray1 Tablespoon
 Chinese five spice1⁄4 Teaspoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, and savvy powder.
Add fish to a baking dish.
Pour marinade over fish and let sit for 15 minutes.
Drain marinade off of fish and and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Spray a large frying pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Saute onion over medium heat until translucent.
Add green bell pepper, zucchini, and celery.
Sir them well, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water chestnuts, garlic powder, five spice powder, salt and pepper.
Stir them well, cook for 5 minutes.
