Asian Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon fillets | 170 Gram | |
| Yogurt | 125 Milliliter | |
| 10 ml flour, all purpose | ||
| Curry powder | 15 Milliliter | |
| 30 ml fine bread crumbs | ||
| Water | 30 Milliliter | |
Directions
Place the salmon in a small casserole dish.
In a small mixing bowl blend the yogurt, flour and curry powder.
Spread over the salmon.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour the water in along the sides.
Place in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove and serve with a rice pilaf.
