Ingredients
2 10 3/4 oz. condensed chicken broth
1 soup-can water
2 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger root, grated
1 cup carrots, cut into julienne slices
1 cup broccoli stems, thinly sliced, and small florets
Wheat Germ Pork Balls
1 cup fresh pea pods, halved
1 cup fresh spinach, romaine lettuce or chard, chopped
Directions
Heat together broth and water in a large saucepan until the boiling point.
Stir in spaghetti, garlic and ginger.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 6 minutes.
Add carrots and broccoli.
Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add Wheat Germ Pork Balls, pea pods and spinach, lettuce or chard.
Heat thoroughly.
Stir in spaghetti, garlic and ginger.
Bring to a boil.
