Asian Deer Dumplings with Hot Sauce Recipe Video

| Onion | 1 Medium, chop | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy | 4 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Wonton wraps | 1⁄2 Bag (0.5 kg) | |
| Mirin/Sugar- 1/2 tablespoon | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. In a pan, add the venison, pork and onion.
2. Add the sugar, 1 teaspoon of soy, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Wet 2 sides of the wanton wrap, add the meat and fold to make small pouches.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan.
5. Put the wraps into the pan with the open side down.
6. Cook for 3 minutes.
7. Add 3 cups of water and cook until water evaporates for around 5 minutes.
8. For the hot sauce- Add 4 tablespoons soy, 1 tablespoon Mirin ( or 1/2 teaspoon sugar), vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mix.
SERVING
9. Plate the dumplings and the hot sauce and serve.
