Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, add the venison, pork and onion.
2. Add the sugar, 1 teaspoon of soy, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Wet 2 sides of the wanton wrap, add the meat and fold to make small pouches.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan.
5. Put the wraps into the pan with the open side down.
6. Cook for 3 minutes.
7. Add 3 cups of water and cook until water evaporates for around 5 minutes.
8. For the hot sauce- Add 4 tablespoons soy, 1 tablespoon Mirin ( or 1/2 teaspoon sugar), vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mix.

SERVING
9. Plate the dumplings and the hot sauce and serve.
