Asian Chili Pepper Linguine Recipe
Ingredients
| Chili pepper package | 1 | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrot | 1 Small, julienned | |
| Yellow squash | 1 Small, julienned | |
| Spanish onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Roasted sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper salt | 1 To taste |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Follow package instructions to cook pasta.
MAKING
2) In a large skillet, sauté carrot, squash, onion and garlic for 4 minutes in heated oil.
3) Simmer for 2 minutes after adding in sesame seeds and soy sauce and then add in seasonings.
SERVING
4) Serve over hot cooked pasta.
