 Chili pepper package1
 Vegetable oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carrot1 Small, julienned
 Yellow squash1 Small, julienned
 Spanish onion1 Medium, chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Roasted sesame seeds2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Black pepper salt1 To taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Follow package instructions to cook pasta.

MAKING
2) In a large skillet, sauté carrot, squash, onion and garlic for 4 minutes in heated oil.
3) Simmer for 2 minutes after adding in sesame seeds and soy sauce and then add in seasonings.

SERVING
4) Serve over hot cooked pasta.
