Healthy Arugula Salad Recipe Video

Ingredients
| Minced garlic | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Dijon mustard | 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Moutarde De Dijon) | |
| Lemon juice | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Oregano | 1 Pinch | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mushroom slices | 2 | |
| Grape tomatoes | 4 , chopped | |
| Pine nuts | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Arugula | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Romano cheese | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, onion, moutarde de Dijon, lemon juice, wine vinegar, pepper, and oregano.
2. Mix them well.
3. Add red bell pepper, sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, pine nuts, and arugula.
4. Mix well.
5. Sprinkle with romano cheese and serve.
