Artichokes With Parsley Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen artichoke hearts | 20 Ounce | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Paprika | 1 (as required) |
Directions
MAKING
1) Read the package directions and cook the artichoke hearts accordingly.
2) Drain and dice the artichokes.
3) In a pan, heat butter, and slowly stir in the flour and milk.
4) Stirring constantly, cook till the mix thickens.
5) Add salt and pepper and fold in the parsley.
6) Pour the sauce over the artichoke hearts.
7) Heat well.
SERVING
8) Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
