Artichoke Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients
6 to 8 canned artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the artichokes, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and spinach in a large bowl and mix well.
Spread in a quiche dish.
Bake for 15 to 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
Serve with crackers.
