| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Artichoke hearts - 2 15-oz. cans, drained | ||
| Chicken broth | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Grated lemon rind -1/4 tsp. | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat butter.
2) Add onion and garlic and saute till transparent.
3) Add in the artichoke hearts and chicken broth.
4) Season with lemon juice, salt, oregano, and lemon rind.
5) Allow to simmer for 10 minutes or till the artichokes are well heated.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
