Artichoke hearts - 2 No. 2 cans, drained
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Cream - 1 c.
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce to taste
Broken pecans - 1/2 c.
Bread crumbs -1/4 c.
Parmesan cheese -2 tbsp.
Directions
MAKING
1) In a casserole, add the artichoke hearts.
2) In a pot, add butter and flour and mix well.
3) Add in the cream.
4) Cook, stirring constantly, till thick.
5) Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
6) Add the sauce over the artichoke hearts and then add in the pecans.
7) Top with bread crumbs and cheese.
8) Place in the oven and bake at 300 degrees till bubbly.
SERVING
9) Serve hot with bread.
