Frozen artichoke hearts - 2 pkg.
Small mushrooms - 2 lb.
Italian salad dressing - 1 bottle
Directions
MAKING
1) Cook the artichoke hearts as per package directions till just tender.
2) Drain.
3) Through the stems, slice the mushrooms in half.
4) In a bowl, add mushrooms and artichokes and cover with salad dressing.
5) Cover and chill for 4 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
SERVING
6) Drain before serving.
