1 1/2 cups water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
 
2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
 
1 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise
 
1 tablespoon water
 
1 tablespoon nonfat Parmesan cheese
 
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
1 clove garlic, chopped
 
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
 
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Directions

1. Combine artichoke hearts, red pepper, mayonnaise, water, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, basil, and oregano in bowl.
2. Transfer to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
