Artichoke Crab Meat Salad Recipe
Artichoke Crab Meat Salad is delicious mix of crab meat and artichoke. This is one of my masterpiece recipes and I prefer serving it with capers. Check out the recipe of the delectable Artichoke Crab Meat Salad.
Ingredients
1 9 oz. pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
3 c. shredded lettuce
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
3 green pepper rings
3 tomatoes, quartered
1 6 oz. pkg. King crab meat, flaked
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. capers
Directions
Prepare artichoke hearts according to package directions; drain and chill.
Arrange lettuce on salad plates with egg slices in the center of each.
Surround with a pepper ring.
Alternate 4 artichoke hearts and 4 tomato quarters in a semi circle around green pepper.
Place a mound of crab meat on each salad.
Prepare salad dressing according to package directions; blend in mayonnaise and pour over crab meat.
Sprinkle with capers.
