Artichoke Bottoms With Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Pound | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1⁄2 | |
| Artichoke bottoms | 6 (Canned Drained) |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add butter and heat.
2) Add onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
3) Drain and chop the tomatoes.
4) Add in the tomatoes, salt, garlic powder, and bay leaf to the onion mixture.
5) Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6) Discard the bay leaf.
7) Place the artichoke bottoms in a baking dish.
8) Spoon the tomato mix over the top.
9) Place in oven at 400-degree and bake for about 5 minutes.
SERVING
10) Serve hot with garlic bread.
