2 jars (5 ounces each) processed Bleu cheese spread
Cherry tomatoes
Cocktail frankfurters
Fresh pineapple spears
Pimiento-stuffed olives
Carrot curls
Scallions
Celery fans
Cheddar cheese, cut into wedges
Sliced mushrooms
Directions
Chill artichokes.
Meanwhile, combine sour cream, and Bleu cheese spread; blend well.
Chill.
Fill artichokes with Bleu cheese dip and arrange in center of large serving platter.
