1 6 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts
 
1 cup cooked corkscrew or elbow macaroni
 
4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into1/2 inch cubes
 
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
 
1 green onion, sliced
 
1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise

Directions

Drain the artichoke hearts, reserving the marinade.
In a medium bowl combine the drained artichoke hearts, cooked corkscrew or elbow macaroni, cheddar cheese cubes, chopped cucumber, and sliced green onion.
Toss to mix well.
For the dressing, in a bowl combine the reserved artichoke marinade and the salad dressing or mayonnaise.
Stir to mix well.
Pour over the cheese and macaroni mixture; toss gently to coat.
Chill till serving time.
