Artichoke Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Sunflower oil | 10 Milliliter | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Jerusalem artichokes | 450 Gram | |
| Potato | 1 Small | |
| Skimmed milk | 300 Milliliter | |
| Vegetable stock | 300 Milliliter | |
| Gomasio, or salt if preferred | ||
| Pepper white | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a large saucepan, heat oil.
2.Add onions to it and fry for 4-5 minutes until tender.
3.Stir in artichokes and potatoes and cook gently for 5 minutes.
4.Let the color not change.
5.Add milk and stock and boil.
Put the lid on and simmer for 25- 30 minutes.
6.Allow to cool and then blend until smooth.
7.Add seasoning of Gomasio and pepper.
8.Reheat.
SERVING
9.Serve warm.
