Artichoke or Shrimp Rumaki Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen Artichoke Hearts - 1 package, cooked and drained | ||
| Chili Sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lean bacon slice | 6 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Place the hearts into a glass pie plate
2) Into another bowl, add in the chili and hot pepper sauce
3) Using a pastry brush , brush over the sauce to coat and keep aside
4) Using a sharp knife, slice the bacon into half lengthwise
5) Wrap each bacon strip around each heart
6) Place them into the baking dish
7) Brush the bacon with remaining sauce and pace into he refrigerator to chill
8) Bake for 10 minutes at 450 F
SERVING
9) Serve hot
