Artichoke Hearts with Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| Artichoke hearts | 12 Ounce | |
| Salad oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| White vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Clove garlic, crushed | ||
| Chopped parsley | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
To prepare vinaigrette, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a jar, cover and shake vigorously until creamy and smooth.
Chill for 1 hour.
Drain artichoke hearts well and arrange in a shallow serving dish.
Sprinkle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with parsley.
