 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Frozen artichoke hearts package1
 White vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon

Directions

1. In medium saucepan, bring 1 cup water and the salt to boiling.
2. Add onion and artichoke hearts; simmer, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until both vegetables are just tender.
3. Drain well. Toss with vinegar and butter.
