Artichoke Rice Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |

| 6 cooked artichoke hearts, quartered | ||
| Green onions | 3 , chopped | |
| Pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Cooked rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Stalk celery | 1/2 , diced | |
| Pitted black olives | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Few drops Worcestershire | ||

Directions
Mix mayonnaise with curry powder. Set aside.
Place artichoke hearts, green onions, pineapple, rice, celery and olives in bowl. Pour mayonnaise over salad ingredients and mix well.
Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
