Artichoke Hearts Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen artichoke hearts package | 1 | |
| Head of lettuce | 1 Medium, shredded | |
| 1 cup small raw cauliflowerets | ||
| Tomato | 1 Large, diced | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ripe olives | 2 Large, sliced | |
| Stuffed olives | 2 Large, sliced | |
| Dill pickle | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| French dressing | ||
Directions
Cook artichokes as directed on package.
Chill.
Lightly toss vegetables, olives, and pickle with dressing to moisten.
