12 artichoke hearts
 
1 cup tomato juice
 
2 tsp basil, chopped
 
2 tsp tarragon, chopped
 
1 garlic clove, chopped
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, remove artichoke hearts from marinade.
Cut each one into quarters.
Divide into 4 equal servings.
