Artichoke Gratin Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Artichoke hearts | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Dash cayenne pepper or hot sauce | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl, then place in pan.
Bake 20 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
Serve warm with crackers.
