Artichoke Dip Make Over Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise | ||
| 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Spread in ungreased 9 inch quiche or pie pan or 1 quart shallow casserole.
Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
If desired, garnish with carrot curls and celery leaves or sprigs of fresh rosemary.
