Artichoke Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen artichoke hearts | 16 Ounce | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Fat free mayonnaise - 1/2 cup | ||
| Fat free cream cheese - 12 ounces | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Italian salad dressing package | 1/2 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2) Use a vegetable spray over a 2 quart casserole.
MAKING
3) In a bowl, add the finely chopped artichoke hearts and garlic and mix well.
4) In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
5) Mix both the mixtures.
6) Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
7) Place in the oven for 20 minutes or till lightly brown and bubbly.
SERVING
8) Goes great with breads.
