 Frozen artichoke hearts16 Ounce (1 can)
 Garlic4 Clove (20 gm)
 Fat free mayonnaise1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Fat free cream cheese12 Ounce
 Grated parmesan cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Italian salad dressing1⁄2
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Vegetable cooking spray1

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2) Use a vegetable spray over a 2 quart casserole.

MAKING
3) In a bowl, add the finely chopped artichoke hearts and garlic and mix well.
4) In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
5) Mix both the mixtures.
6) Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
7) Place in the oven for 20 minutes or till lightly brown and bubbly.

SERVING
8) Goes great with breads.
