Artichoke Dip Recipe
This Artichoke Dip is absolutely delightful to pep up weekend family dinners. Enjoy as a side dish, the Artichoke Dip is sure to catch you by surprise and get you hooked to it.
Ingredients
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Paprika
Directions
In 8-inch square glass baking dish, mix chopped artichokes with mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Microwave at high (10) 4 to 5 minutes, until heated through; stir after 2 minutes.
TO COOK BY CONVECTION: Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and top is light brown.
