Artichoke And Mushroom Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can (11 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons sherry
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 package (10 ounces) artichoke hearts, cooked and drained

Directions
In saucepan, brown mushrooms in butter; add soup, milk, and sherry.
In 1-quart casserole, combine soup mixture, rice, and artichokes.
Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes; stir.
Sprinkle with paprika.
