Artichoke Barigoule Recipe

Ingredients
6 artichokes
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, chopped
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 cup dry white table wine
Directions
Trim artichokes.
Place in saucepan with olive oil, onion, garlic, carrot, parsley, and rosemary.
Cover and cook, shaking pan a few times, until onion is golden.
Add wine; cover and cook until artichokes are tender, about 40 minutes.
